I’d say he had a good eye for talent.

But what he did was create a core of long term capable players to compete at a level we haven’t seen since.

I think he's worth spending big money on, not just for his footy but also because he will change and drive the culture of the team.

He's an out and out competitor- which is what we lack and desperately need.

Agree...Many people forget Isaac Moses and how he had the club by the gonads for many years...In fact many blame the CEO and others for the clubs failures over the last 10 years, I don't disagree, but throw that scum Isaac Moses in the mix, he was the one who rallied all his media buddies with the media talk if you want to win a comp the WT is not the place to be - and unfortunately it has stuck to us like mud

Completely Correct, and he also had the next wave of Tiger talent coming through the lower grades, Woods and Marsilla already had played First Grade, then there was Tedesco, Sironen, Koroibete, Nofa, Brown, Brooks in lower grades.
