yup exactly everything ennis said is correct, we simply cant attract anyone and now its becoming so evident no one wants to come to Tigers.. Im not bothered about Thompson on that money but i just cant see any future and that is so worrying. The young kids look good but they cant do it on their own..Questions have to be asked of Madge now but nothing will change as we all know. Pascoe will just say we have a centre of Excellence next year and the club is going well financially. Unfortunately all we care about are on field results and Pascoe doesnt care about that.

This is year 2 of the real rebuild . Not the bull crap , Taylor ,cleary one where they sign over hill players to try and squeeze out an 8th place , but the real one where we suck for a few years, get the best juniors we can find , and put smart , hard working older guys around them to grow the culture .
Even if they suck like Tamou.

Throw insane money at the best coach. Bellamy should have been offered a ridiculous amount of money to leave Storm.
Bennett should be offered what he wants, we know he loves the $$.
Ask Trent Robinson what it would take to come here.
These guys would get rid of crap players in a minute. They attract good players. They have years of good defensive systems behind them.
If a Bellamy, a Bennett or a Robinson can’t get us firing then shut us down.

Madge doesn't want to throw the salary cap out but what's nofo on?

So the argument that coach Maguire hasnt got good structures or game plans,has been relinquished by an NRL coach who everybody on here said would be great...
He would suffer the same pain as Madge but would have plenty of relievers in the bag....
people just have to either watch how things pan out next year or just become a casual viewer...it may help relieve some of the suffering ahead..
As has been said many times short time pain for long time gain....I hope it starts next year and some quality players may be in their sights....Hartigan and Sheens may improve recruitment so we at least have a couple of hard arses to shore up the poor middle we had yesterday....

This is what guys like you don’t understand . You see things as 10 years when in reality it’s closer to 2 . The sharks had 3 million of cap sitting on the sidelines ? Did they ? Because who was taking that money in the current market , if not for those players ? They had , just like everyone , thier over the hill over paid players sitting on the sidelines . If anything this season was a changing of the guard for many clubs . Including our own .
The dogs won’t even make the 8 , the next 2 years . That’s my prediction . It took Penrith 8 years to get thier 5 year plan to succeed .. and it wasn’t 5 million dollars of meh talent that did it . It was thier juniors who played together since Harold Matt’s .
