Graham just said there's no point being a hard nose if the players don't respond to it.

Your too short sighted if you think Madge is the one that needs to sell the vision.
Consider it like this. Compare the average coach tenure to the average per team player tenure. You would find in most clubs players outlast the coach.
The club sells the vision.

Right now I see a desperate underperforming club with a stench of perineal failure since inception arrogantly ignoring the appropriate recommendations for success. Caring less about the football side than they do their own brand / reputations and culminating in a pissing contest by throwing a pit of other peoples money into infrastructure that is designed to make them feel good about their achievements whilst not really actually doing anything to improve the actual point of their existence.

There’s some money issues,lots of clues if u think about it. Not surprising with Covid and results.

Well actually the leagues club has nothing to do with what JP has been going on about the club been successful off the field which is primarily business sponsorship.

Only thing covid may of affected is our cut of ticket takes which based on performances would not of been very much at all.

Lots of businesses not doing that well. Explain why we didn’t medically retire Packer and sign a big money replacement.

There’s some money issues,lots of clues if u think about it. Not surprising with Covid and results.

These layers don't respond to any kind of coaching though. Nofo,Brooks etc just look for excuses and blame the coaching for their failings.

I can only assume the coach decision will be done fairly quick so we can all get on with the job.. NO player is going to even consider us until this is sorted regardless who they choose.
This is the most important month coming up for the team and I cannot believe Sheen has not left yet.. Surely someone has connections somewhere to at least get him in the country.

With Green puling out of the QLD job IMO that opens the door for Bennett to live in Brisbane and be QLD coach.. IF Madge is let go we need to go all out got Wayne as he will bring the top line players here over any other coach available.

We have a lot going for us and really for me we just lack the 3-4 quality players that gel the team and lead by example. (Packer, Mybe, Reynolds and Joey are not leaders for young ones) I think other coaches can see this and would be more appealing then media make out.

In my working career, I’ve seen bosses lose the support of staff and I’ve seen staff think that they are all that and carry on as such until they finally got punted. In both instances, the remaining staff were happy and performed well after. Purely based on morale.

I think in this case we have both. Madge has lost the dressing room but the dressing room also has some knobs. Declaring it now - Nofo and Brooks. These two are the only ones that have been here since the Potter days.

Get rid of the three of them and start fresh under a new coach that players like.

Be thankful that Madge got the salary cap into a good spot, but now he needs to hand over the reigns. Is Sheensy the man? Well, he’s already on his way isn’t he.
