Buzz was pushing Flanagan quite heavily for a while but has moved recently.

Same player manager, Flanagan or Ciraldo will do.

With Hartigan and assistance from Sheens, our club is well placed to recruit new talent. IMO acquiring good young players on the cusp of the NRL is an excellent outcome. You only have to revisit the Laurie and Utoikamanu signings to realise the value they bring to our team. My fingers are crossed a new coach will bring an incremental improvement to our play generally but specifically our defence.

Surely Kikau.
He is the only one I see to be looking for a new opportunity out of the yet to be resigned for 23 of Kikau, Edwards, May and Korisou.

Talk is Kikau ain’t too keen on the time he had under Griffen.

Koroisau would be a great pick up. His cousin may come with him which would be very exciting for WTs.

If this is true, the fact players are now taking note suggests there is truth to the rumblings about Ciraldo.

Korisou could be another, but there was a lot of talk that he was keen to link up back with Barrett at the dogs.

I hope you are right, we seem to be missing out on players, losing juniors and generally not going well while he has been here

Also I’m genuinely curious, what makes you believe he is good in that role? You have obviously met him, could he just be a good talker? It seems he is great at identifying talent but I’m yet to see why he deserves that role with all the rumours of not returning calls or emails

I have heard those rumours but have never had a problem getting a reply from him, usually replies to me within about 30 mins and I am just a lowly fan. I can't judge someone on rumours when I have seen the opposite. I have spent more than 10 hours with him talking football, specific to the Tigers and in general. I have spoken about specific situations and events over the last couple of years and I am very happy with his dealings of those situations. I have spoken recruitment with him and have a fair idea of the process we go through when signing players. I can see what he is trying to achieve at our club and want him to be given the time needed to see this through. I trust him as there are a lot similarities between how I see the game and how he does.

I am not trying to big note myself by saying this, I am honestly answering your question. I honestly believe he is the most important person in the club.

Penrith are noticeably off the pace, but they have only had about 4 games through the season where the other side brought the game to them physically. They are slowly warming into this sort of football.

Penrith are noticeably off the pace, but they have only had about 4 games through the season where the other side brought the game to them physically. They are slowly warming into this sort of football.

Hard to get over that game and be ready for the Storm next week.
