@Tiger5150 this was long ago and hes grown since then as a person hes determined to play his hardest and prove to everyone in the nrl hes a good player he's a goer he will rip and tear and go at anyone he doesn't care if you're a rookie or a 10 year veteran he wants to win at any cost and that's what we need

I sort of compare him grit and go wise to a Victor Radley, fears no one. Prob doesn't have the defensive abilities that Radley has but is a far better attacking player.

Just my opinion - Taylor is not worth a bean.

It would be like getting rid of Brooks and replacing him with an inferior Brooks - Dumb as...

It really wouldn’t. Ones making 800k next season and the other would make 250 and could be less. The only half worse than Brooks is Croft

From what I read, Taylor's manager is asking for $300k. Small outlay, small risk but great potential.

thats about right for him - I dont rate him but at that wage he will get a run somewhere. You think the raiders would go for him if they rated him, Canterbury as well.

Madden and potentially our other junior halves would leave you would think if we signed Taylor

From memory Clarkey is a pretty staunch Tigers supporter so unlikely he'd throw out that claim without good mail.

Being a supporter doesn’t automatically mean you have good mail. Some on here have terrible mail.

Not really the point I was getting at. My point is he is a sporting celebrity hosting a sports radio program and a fan of the team. Unlikely he's going to make that statement on air without solid info.

then we announce a 16 year centre who has some good credentials but no 1st grade experience and the fans, yet again feel deflated
