What happened to the 'big signing' that was meant to happen last week?

Unless they've done nothing at all while the Madge saga played out and with the season now over, now would be a real good time for the club to give the members some idea what is happening regarding recruitment.

I agree. They owe the wests tigers supporters some respect instead of leaving them out in no man's land. A statement like "Wests Tigers are currently involved in recruitment process" would at least provide some glimmer of hope. But there is no chance of that happening if those responsible for recruitment are currently on holidays, sleeping on the job or stuck somewhere in Great Britain..

Lee mumbled something a while back about the possibility of some announcements soon after but unsurprisingly, nothing happened!

This is amazing. In two consequtive posts you guys summed up the whole problem.

"Ha ha..the club said they are trying to sign players...and cant...they suck".

I hope the club goes about their job quietly.

No, it’s not obvious. You’re speculating. Madge was never getting sacked, you just fell for the media spin.

Madge was every chance of being sacked had the club secured his replacement.

They've just sacked both his assistance.

They don’t need to release a statement. With 4 or 5 roster spots to fill for 2022, being involved in recruitment process should be obvious.

Robson always looked a cut above nsw cup, COVID probably ruined his chances of an NRL contract

Lamar owes his NRL contract to playing his entire juniors outside Te Marie

Intersting heard a radio interview with the Holy Cross Ryde footy coach a few years ago, reckons Politini was the best school boy he ever coached.
