Unless they've done nothing at all while the Madge saga played out and with the season now over, now would be a real good time for the club to give the members some idea what is happening regarding recruitment.

I agree. They owe the wests tigers supporters some respect instead of leaving them out in no man's land. A statement like "Wests Tigers are currently involved in recruitment process" would at least provide some glimmer of hope. But there is no chance of that happening if those responsible for recruitment are currently on holidays, sleeping on the job or stuck somewhere in Great Britain..

They don’t need to release a statement. With 4 or 5 roster spots to fill for 2022, being involved in recruitment process should be obvious.

With $1.8 million in cap to use you would think so but they really appear to be struggling to spend that money.

Yeah for sure that’s what I’d do. Fill the remaining roster spots with guys like Peachey, Sam McIntyre, Luki, Schonig, E-Lee for the right price if they’ll come.

He will not get the job done without some miracles in the recruitment department. Even with the best young prop and the best young fullback in the comp we will slide next year without some real quality inclusions to the roster

I was also ready to move on from Madge, however I believe he has been given the benefit of the doubt and time to see whether it was assistant coaches that the players were not responding to. If there is no improvement, I have no doubt he will not be here in 2023. We will also save on his redundancy.

We're going to really struggle with Adam out.....
As much as I want Madge to succeed, he's been screwed by the club. We needed a tough rebuild after Cleary messed us up but the board have made Madge's position untenable. I hope we come out swinging next year but unless their is a major mental makeover we are in the same position.
Hopefully he surrounds himself with better ppl and can sort the club out otherwise whoever our assistant is, he/she will be coaching us by mid year

Nah, I'll think what I like and it'll help me get through it just fine. If I have to rest on past success I'd rather just rewatch 2005 and 2010.
