Funny how everyone thought he left because he wasn’t offered a contract here yet he pretty much left for exactly the same contract. Guess he just wanted a change.

Why concerning? Madge is as hard as they come and will no doubt hold him accountable.

You shouldn't need a tough coach to make you accountable

Any true pro can keep himself accountable as he wants to play his best football every week and earn as much money as possible for his family with consistancy and not let his teammates down ....

Money doesn't mean that much to all of the 'true pros' I know.

Maybe the club is working out details with them so didn't have a need to farewell them.

believe the young Steelers halfback Tyrone Roberts has signed with us for next year. unsure as to whether he's on a development deal or just in Flegg but he's heading to Concord.

Young halfback, fullback. Can't say I recall him. Sloan and Amone have taken much of the limelight

from what I've seen he's fairly handy. good vision, throws a decent pass and is quick off the mark. obviously Sloan, Amone and Sullivan are all the rage down there but it's the under the radar signings that sides like Melbourne make that ultimately unearth 100+ game first graders.

No. Papenhuyzen was always a young star and best player in his teams. Wasn't under the radar, it was just that his pathway was blocked by Teddy. Nothing under the radar about him

Why is that a waste. 1 doesn't have the motor to play a longer stint than 10 mins and the other can't catch a ball kicked higher than 5m's.
Both should be no where near our first grade squad.
