It is not confirmed, however if he goes that will be his likely destination.
As @tigerbenji mentioned, he could move to Titans. Money talks.

Hartigan dead it seems. Sheens “Director of Football” clearly leveraging that to bring back McDonnell for recruitment. It’s a shame, I liked Hartigans ability to identify young talent
