He appears to have a negative effect on Luc during games? So wouldn’t be surprised to see possible short term upheaval?

But it's only a few weeks since Lucy came out and publicly spoke to the media about wanting Madge to stay and crediting him with improving him as a player. He didn't have to say anything, he chose to. I think he's his own man and he's definitely more level-headed than his brother.

Yeah hoping he's not inherited the meathead gene too.

If he wants out because his brother made a meal of his time here and wants to blame everyone but himself, well they can hold the door open for him to follow BJ out.

As a lot of players i've already listed have unliked it i might give them benefit of the doubt. On the post it doesn't call out madge but on his story it does. Maybe they saw the post as was like NRL journalism sucks then saw the story. IDK this doesn't reflect well on the club.

Joey just lost his job and his former coworkers are just supporting him by giving him a like or two. I wouldn't get too excited by who likes or ignores his post.
I wish it could've worked out for him at the Tigers. His best wasn't that long ago and his best was pretty bloody devastating to the opposition centre.

Lets not get hysterical - my view is that the average player/punter sees this as a shot at the media not the club or Madge. I understand it may be on his film thingy but most people are liking his post (without #Madge)

Saw the post first, then the story (if they've even seen the story). Whoever liked it means nothing IMO.

What do we all think of Coen Hess? He's 25, off contract at the end of '22 and with a bit of prodding could find his Ivan Drago mojo again. Sign him for '23 and we may get him early too. A change might work wonders for him.

Yeah I think so too. We all rage on here about the media writing garbage stories, I'm sure players feel even more strongly about these journos given they are often the subject of the story.
