Hey everyone, we all need to take a deep breath and chillout.
Some of the earlier posts in this topic and in other topics are a bit intense.
Please if your going to respond to someone's post make yours informative and not confronting (a response like 'disagree' is poor IMO)
If your posting to get votes because you think it's a popularity contest then take a good look at yourself. Thumbs up votes should be used as a quick way to say that you agree or like what's written and not to boost your ego.
I would think that most nice people want to express what their thinking without arguing.
Not all comments are going to be factual so be tolerant.
If you know the correct facts then state it in a non threatening or abusive manner. If two people are still at loggerheads with each other then go into the private chat mode and leave the forum for those who want to have some fun.
We are tiger supporters and should show our stripes as they say to be friendlier and supportive.
Our team at times are a shambles, no reason for supporters to be as well.

Agree. Being flippant is pretty disrespectful

What should I do if I'm always right and others are wrong?😉

He's on borrowed time ....has been for many seasons now..... Hasting show any decent organisation and smarts in attack and you can bring the big Hook out for Luke . Hastings wants the halfs spot so its finally up to Luke to show us some smarts in attack. I hope he can lift to an exceptable level because he is a tiger

Isn’t the whole point of a forum to agree or disagree with people? Some times things get a bit funny between posters but not every post needs to be a well worded debate. Sometimes you just need to tell someone they are wrong.

No chance of that happening

Agree to an extent … waddling through the pissing contests of who’s better and who’s not is pretty tiresome. We support the same team at the end of the day yet there always seems to be a divide ?

I’m itching for some actual footy to talk about

Cheers mate, what part do you disagree with?
I think when footy starts things might lighten up, until such times when we start losing again. 🙂

Mate I respect people who can logically say "hey buddy that's not right because....." but saying remarks that is obviously going to get a bite is wrong IMO. By the way, I wasn't entirely emphasising this topic but most topics seems to have the same issues.
Probably 95% of the members of this forum can have a decent conversation without being insulting or having heated arguments. As I said before, you can have private chats.
The small minority don't seem to have respect for anyone else but themselves.
There's one person on here who has disagreed with me a few times but I value his opinion because he's not full of himself.
Anyway time to move on I think, my beers getting hot 🙂

Next year will be interesting.

Who gets the halves spots out of Hastings, Douiehi and Brooks. Madden could even get a chance if Hastings/Brooks get injuries or don't perform. Peachey could even slot into that role. Brooks is under pressure but so are the rest of them.

We are going to find out if Brooksy stays for a couple more years or not but he is going to have to earn it with quality on-field performances.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know how the bulldogs junior sides fared the past couple years?
I would have thought there would be a few young'uns around the 17-18yo mark, that might have their paths blocked, especially considering that most of the new purchases at Belmore have been long term 4 year contracts. Are there any worth chasing?

Brooks has often been stuck defending next to Garner or Luci.

In almost any other team you would expect the second rowers to play the role of minder for the half back, however, at the Wests Tigers you could be forgiven for thinking at times that Luke Brooks is the minder.

Don't worry about the stats, they don't always tell the full story, as a matter of fact they can be manipulated to tell what ever story line that you may want to push.
