He isn't perfect and neither is the club everyone deserves a 2nd chance and he can obviously coach him and the club could be good for each other.

Got moved on From Broncos because they'd signed him on a Stupid contract...
Had 3 years to go on like 800k.... Can you imagine he's still there - With Haas... 1.6m in 2 x 45min players..... That are Props.
They couldn't keep them both.
In all fairness - Lodge was far less trouble at the Broncs than Haas was in that time.

That said, I don't think he's worth the punt or the money....
Not mobile enough for the way the game looks to be heading.

The roosters are more likely to take an underpriced Luke Brooks then to go after Hastings. Sam Walker Is there long term halfback. In any case Lam will probably replace Keary.

Based on the 2.5 Good games he's had for us.... I very much doubt it.
The last Half they poached was the best 7 the game had seen in a decade, To replace a top 5 half for the last decade.

They're ALWAYS aiming quite a bit higher than Hastings.
