He's an actor, he would be able to handle most roles. No more talk about Jason Bateman - can't see him leaving Hollywood and don't know what position he would play.

Just watched him play against Catalans. He looks good. Only 23.
The autocorrect mangles every post I make, that’s my excuseYeah, apologies, obviously meant to be womens World Cup.
Would not be surprised. Sadly, they just appear to be the dregs of society.Xerri family?
They're wealthy, aren't they?
Older bro is in prison.
Killed some one in a car crash.
I believe they have links with a bikie club....?
There’s a bit of that getting around - players do one thing and the media hangs on about them like they’re an immortal.Just to cheer up the panel, the ex nrl junior at work ( lives the game) was talking up Laurie today and thinks he’s possibly future marquee.
No, I didn’t prompt him.
Could be a good move for Jock, may very well get a reasonable amount of NRL game time with Reynolds doing time on the sideline with injuries.
I think he would be worth paying the transfer to get him, especially as it would not be part of the salary cap. He runs hard and his defence is good. He certainly would be a significant upgrade on Musgrove. Some said he's contracted for ages do we ignore that?
Yes, but he’s otherwise brutal about our forwards and has been a long time critic of Brooks. There’s a bit of that getting around - players do one thing and the media hangs on about them like they’re an immortal.
Completely understand your argument but to make it to the level of elite soccer player is about 6386282 times more difficult than to make it as an elite rugby league playerYes, but he’s otherwise brutal about our forwards and has been a long time critic of Brooks.
He’s massive on Hastings and Naden.
We were discussing the staggering wages of the European soccer players last night, compared to our ugly lot who give so much more of themselves physically and spend the rest of their lives injured in some way.
If you’re a young person with the ability, by rights you’d be crazy to choose rugby league.
I’m glad they do, our game is amazing, but you get my drift.
Yeah 100% I’d take 1million a year playing Japanese rugby over 400k a year traveling up and down the east coast getting belted every week but thank Christ players choose to do it it’s easily the most entertaining sport in my opinionYes, but he’s otherwise brutal about our forwards and has been a long time critic of Brooks.

Does that mean he can only be signed from September 23, due to his ban? Bit different to looking to sign a 23 off contract player for 24 season.
Remind meHe's done nothing over the past few seasons to suggest he could be a long term half He's played in all our heaviest defeats this year. With the success of our junior reps this surely there has to be a half in waiting in that lotAlso, have to disagree about Jock Madden. Ive seen nothing to suggest he is of First Grade standard
And the good players around him that took the Broncos from 4th to out of semi final contention are ????Could be a good move for Jock, may very well get a reasonable amount of NRL game time with Reynolds doing time on the sideline with injuries.
Would not be surprised at all if he ends up a very good half like Dearden in a couple of seasons with some good players around him.
Your point is well made.Completely understand your argument but to make it to the level of elite soccer player is about 6386282 times more difficult than to make it as an elite rugby league player
Sky's the limit though....Also, have to disagree about Jock Madden. Ive seen nothing to suggest he is of First Grade standard

Smart move. If he is good enough there is a "pathway" there to play FG that is not feasible at Penrith. Broncos have all the resources and plenty of young talent. It's up to Jock now. The games when we had a crack this year he held his own with some good highlights.Sky's the limit though....
Broncos is a great place for him to develop and prove himself.
Have guys like Walters, Ikin and maybe even Lockyer around showing him the way... Renno even, he's no slouch... despite his body letting him down.
IMO, albeit may be a strange move - It makes so much sense. Penrith lads are locked in and rarely miss games... Renno though, is a regular on the injury list.
Their forward back and a spine of Walsh, Mam, Madden and whoever plays 9...
I can see it working.
