1989When was the last time he had a even half liked opinion ??
More like he's staying.Have we signed Moses yet?!
Nah meeting Kalyn for a strawberry milkshake.Having a few fairy floss UDLs and checking out the waves
I am not sure why Hastings is copping so much on here.
He busted his guts for us and has a genuine footy IQ.
Speed is not a factor IF you give him a 6 who has speed and can play off the cuff footy.
And he will have that in Ponga.
I actually think they will be a great pairing as their skillsets combine well.
I have been a long term Brooks fan on here...watched him since Holy Cross.
But, facts are facts, he can barely string a sentence together and has shown no ability to understand the game. Cooper Cronk commented a couple of years back that Brooks went to the side of the field for an entire set once when our opp had 12 men. Never once went to the side that was short.
I like him, and will always support a Balmain kid.
But anyone expecting Brooksy to develop any sort of game managing IQ in year 10 or so of his career will be disappointed. Yet again.
We need, desperately, to find a game managing half from somewhere. I still can't quite fathom why we did not swap Brooks for big Klem. Finding a running 6 is a hell of a lot easier than a game managing 7, which we once again do not have...
Bennys not smart enuff to know what thatmeansIs there any chance do you reckon, as unlikely as it may be, that Benny is in fact running interference against the Eels?
Usually when we hear speculative media about the Tigers, the truth ends up being the opposite of what you have heard (e.g. Latrell Mitchell going to sign, Tigers agreement with JAC etc.). There is part of me that thinks "gee if Benny is doing such a hard sell against Moses to the Tigers, almost over the top sales pitch, is he in fact obscuring a very good chance that Moses will do it?"
I know people dislike Benny Elias, with good justification, but why would he be at such pains to tell the media (at least twice now) that he thinks Moses --> Tigers is not a good idea, or not sellable? It could of course be to let the Tigers down gently, but surely Benny Elias knows enough people at the club to have that conversation outside of the media. Which is why I got the outside-chance hunch that the articles are actually for the Eels not the Tigers.

Will be interesting to see if these Rah Rah boys progress, my tip is that Ben Houston makes grade with us, such a big frame with mobility.5/8 as a junior ok then.
Starting to get a feel we are gunna have the say problem we had before, a thousand 5/8’s and no half.
God willing he’ll play for another 28 years

You and me both.😂
On further investigation...
It's a passionfruit UDL.
Sorry bra, out of touch with the alcohol scene.
Sober mind power braYou and me both.
Yeah I am hoping Big Ben cuts it. The options are thin out there and it would be good if a left field option to pay off. Will be interesting to see if these Rah Rah boys progress, my tip is that Ben Houston makes grade with us, such a big frame with mobility.
Just FYI Tommy Talau played 5/8 in the Junior Kangaroo's a few years back
He’s got at least 7 more seasons left in him, 300 plus game Tiger man beckons
I still have a drink, it’s just not open slather anymore.Sober mind power bra
Yeh, nah...I think Benny is being honest in what he’s saying. Is there any chance do you reckon, as unlikely as it may be, that Benny is in fact running interference against the Eels?

Think we have no chance of getting him.Have we signed Moses yet?!
Probably still without ever playing a finals gameHe’s got at least 7 more seasons left in him, 300 plus game Tiger man beckons
👍 And being mobile they always push hard from the inside in defenceI reckion if you get forwards from Rugby you want breakaways .....fast ...mobile ...tough and most hit like Mack trucks ......David "Bluey" Wilson comes to mind
