Tigers are finally playing reasonable football and I am starting to feel Pascoe is going to stuff it up . He hires Fulton without Sheens knowing about it . Fulton now telling a bunch of players to look elsewhere . He is interested in Shuster at well over $1mill .
One reason the team is competitive over a number of weeks is the team harmony ,everyone working together , Brooks finding form ,Our 3 big forward recruits starting to pay dividends .
Bula and Tupou looking like they could evolve into future stars .Toa getting better and better each week and Nofo having a bit of rebirth .Keeping the sams team on the field has allowed this improvement to happen .
All I hear about Fulton is he's like a Manly insider who can shift some of them from Brookvale to Concord but at what price . I don't want massive disruption rather develop what we've got and just add an additional center ( by the way Averillo has been allowed to look around and IMHO he's a gun ) add an additional playmaker to join Brooks and Wakeham ( need 3 playmakers to have deprh)
Also need another top class edge forward
Don't blow up the joint just a few select massages to our roster !

I am not confident at all the side has grown up to beat a side like the Titans.

I am confident based on maths
We put 66 pts on cowboys with their origin stars
Next cowboys go close to beating Parra without their origin stars
Next Cowboys thrash Storm 45-20 with their origin stars and we almost beat Raiders who had won 6 out of last 7 and without the refs howler should have . Tigers win !

Until you see the team we are versing is the Titans, whom we manage to lose against somehow everytime

There is sure to be a strategy. The recruitment manager may change, but the strategy remains. It may well be the club acted upon feedback from various sources? We seem to have received the message our recruitment needs to be better. Manly always has strong juniors either local or bussed in from Blacktown. We can hopefully tap into that market now.

Yep, a lot from cambo area too. Looks like they've signed them up until 2024 to 2025 even 2026 period. Ended up being a good recruitment move for their good players.

Just a thought, but I would think making an offer like that to a player that loves this club isn't a real good look.

Don't think Luke is going to bother getting out of bed of a morning for somewhere around the 500k mark, I'm sure most people on here would, but then not that many of us are NRL halves either.

Could be, on 360 they were saying he was fired by Pasco, they were saying members of the board who are also on the roster committee didn't want to offer Brooks a new deal and Sheens put them in a corner by publicly stating he would offer Brooks a new deal. Thinking maybe McDonnell was the one who offered Brooks the new deal, which would have undermined the board members, over stepped the mark as Fulton is responsible for the top 30 now leading Pasco to fire him today.

Whatever their strategy .I think we seem to have a bit of team harmony lately and don't want to see seeds of disharmony being planted
