Miller got dropped at Fullback for some terrible performances. Pongha going back to fullback was be cause he was best man for the job as much as Lachie Miller wasn't. No way would I be agitating for this when we have unearthed one of the best young talents that is on everyones radar.
Agree - Bula and already surpassing him as a rookie. Just needs more quality around him.People forget his major major mental lapses that cost the Knights games. Miller can play but he has some massive errors in his game.
Also heard something about him not sorting the defensive lines out as well.
I can’t fathom why anyone would want to shift Bula right now. He hasn’t had any nrl halves around him week on week. Bit tough to talk about his ball playing as a rookie in a team that is terrible for attack.
Luai to hit the open market saying Tigers are one of the clubs interested 🤔
Yeah I think he will be the backup no matter where he goes. He just then needs to make it count when he gets his chance. Treigh Stewart from Dragons will be applying plenty of pressure on Sloan in 2024. Good young player from a few games that I have seen him play.By permission, I more so mean told to explore options as they plan on not extending him. I like Weakes but I don’t see him coming as his path to first grade will be difficult with Bula and Fainu long term priorities at both 1 and 6. Likely he’ll go to Dragons with Flanagan I reckon, as both Sloan and Amone look to be regressing by the week.
Weekes & Sullivan would be smart signings.
Both have a lot of utility value and both are first grade quality.
Sullivan, perfect 14.
I'd like Weekes at centre.
Unless we sign any any better options.
Weekes can play 1, wing, centr, 6, 9.. all that
Sullivan, the same rly
I reckon we sign 1 of the 2, not both.I think both could be handy but are also very similar to the punt players we have bought before.
would surprise me if either would join us to be backup players though.
Click-bait wins every time. Are the Tigers linked to every player that comes on the open market?
‘Leigh’Don't usually watch ESL but thought Lachlan Lam is surely worth a look. He led Leeds to their first Challenge Cup Final in 50 years.

Miller play's 5/8 as wellHow are you convinced he’s a long term fullback when he does not have any playmaking skills or any idea how to create overlaps like the elite NRL fullbacks do ?
I am aware he’s young and apparently very coachable, so could very well develop these skills given time, but we are running last two years straight, we have the worst attack in the NRL we don’t have time to wait, we need players who fit the description of the position they are playing now.
As Tucker stated Bula could become a rep centre/winger very fast, he’s nowhere near a rep standard fullback just yet.
As for Miller, he’s no project player, I repeat he was leading the entire NRL for tackle busts before Ponga took his spot. He has the necessary playmaking and passing game to regularly create tries and try scoring opportunities and it’s clear we struggle in this area.
and see bula want to play fullback and leave... a very tigers thing to do...Miller at Fullback and Bulla at Centre would be very good and worth a crack , if it didn’t work you mostly likely just swap them around , he would be a good pick up along with Sullivan
Rather Sezer and Sullivan and let Fainu build his skills at only 18Sullivan and fainu would be a good 7 and 6 for 2024 with Api at 9
Cheers.‘Leigh’
Could say the same for Tracey both he and Trindall’s defense has been beyond ordinary.I hope the Trindall fans are watching Sharks v Manly. Very, very ordinary.
And Cronulla , put a line through them as a premiership chance.
