He looked like he was carrying a bit of spare timber to me. Some players don't need to be built like Tarzan to be effective. Not sure if he is one of those guys that looks unfit and unathletic but has a motor on him. Fifita was a bit like that. Royce Hunt on the other hand always looks gassed after 15 minutes and 3 hit ups.

Cipolla is what my Italian mother in law would call him. Every time his ugly head would come on tv she would just laugh to herself quoting ‘cipolla, cipolla’! Which means onion in Italian as she would interpret ‘Onion Head’!

This is a great interview. This guy knows what he is talking about - change takes time. Dial down noise. War not battles. Even the shareholders agreement was a deep dive that most won’t understand but I respectfully do (I’m a lawyer so I just know how they play out) and it’s a process.
