HahahahaFrom what I can gather after reading the last 10 pages is that we have signed a guy by the name of Jethro Bodine from the Mid Coast Hillbillies. His dad was a world class boxer but died in a rip on a North Coast Beach and he used to sell crocodile pies at the Lake Cathie Surf Club! Did I miss anything?
Agree with your premise but I really don't think Hetherington is that guy.Why does everyone want million dollar signings in the forwards? What we need to do is get blokes that are at that stage of their careers where they are ready to kick on and take their game to the next level and become those players... value for money aka Hetherington.
it's the weakest point in his game, so I'm glad it's been identified and has been worked on.Here is something for us to chew on. Main take from this is Turuva has worked on some defensive deficiencies this season after being dropped by Ivan & is now back in form.

Panthers star’s premiership ring promise
After spending a couple of weeks in reserve grade, Sunia Turuva has won back his starting spot and has made a premiership promise.au.sports.yahoo.com
Welcome to the off season. From what I can gather after reading the last 10 pages is that we have signed a guy by the name of Jethro Bodine from the Mid Coast Hillbillies. Your name probably reflects your football ability as a full back.Omg. Look up the word opinion.
My opinion is nonsensical? Talk about a proverbial battle of wits with an unarmed opponent....
Seriously, have you been taking writing lessons from Kamala Harris? My opinion of your opinion of my opinion of fullbacks shows us all what can be... Unburdened.... By what has been.... M'kay?
If it will shut you up, here is my basis:
1. I used to play full back - fact
2. I loved playing that position and have an increased interest in watching fullbacks more than other positions in the nrl - fact
3. I like watching Walsh and Ponga play more than I do Tedesco - fact
4. I think Walsh and Ponga are better players in 2024 than Tedesco - opinion.
I would say I'm sorry you don't agree with me, but I'd be lying.
Deal with it. Don't deal with it. I don't care.
Ok. Thanks for the laugh.
Our block is 500m from the tavern, and 650m from surf club, I have to build a house on it before I can move thereNice cafe above the surf club. Have often sat out on the balcony with a coffee and watched the waves rolling in. Let us know when you are coming up, we can get down to Bonny Hills Tavern for a few cold ones.
Expensive to build on the MNC these days. Our block is 500m from the tavern, and 650m from surf club, I have to build a house on it before I can move there
Ponga and Walsh are flashy….They are the Benji Marshal of fullbacks - fun to watch but not dependable. Both can be really off on occasion.Tedesco has been bog average this year . He turned back time on the weekend though , and reminded everyone why he was the best fullback in the world for a long time .
But like any fullback on the wrong side of 30 it’s really hard to continue to put out those performances consistently . It’s why a lot move to the centres later in life .
Ponga is a weapon , and clearly the best fullback in the game . The issue with newy is they haven’t worked out a way to integrate him into the attack , that isn’t at the expense of everyone else .
It’s 💯 the Ponga show in Newcastle for better or worse .
