I think Staines is that guy, Naden is a mental midgetI'm starting to lean on the idea that this is the kind of guy you WANT pushing the 1st grade players- someone that doesn't fall into KOE & just go through the numbers.
Anyone who runs into touch four times in a game should go into concussion protocol permanentlyI think Staines is that guy, Naden is a mental midget
It did for.me too a little bit given who he was shaping up to... But a big bloke on a little one never a good look to meThat made me like him actually
I think you might be in luck.I'd like to see Staines in KOE too. 🙂

NASI reckon we need a 'tone setter'.
Someone that makes the opposition look up & find where he is in the line. Like JWH, but obviously, not JWH.
I still think Jack Hetherington is the guy.
nick is 82.????100% they do, Easts are like the mafia, they look after their own, and no one is game to cross them or question them, I hope I live long enough to see the day it all comes crashing down
Agree , the problem is when he got called up he all but cost us the game against the dogs by himself . He was beyond reprehensible! It would be hard for Benji to trust him again after that . He was disgusting . And he’s supposed to be a leader. Much like Bateman .When we discuss the players to move on, nearly every conversation leads to Brent Naden.
I get it- pretty high price for a KOE guy.
Just won the KOE player's player.

The size difference and the nature of these types of conversations around thuggery slow someone like Mahoney to behave the way he has this past season .Agree. However I think the size difference is what made him hold back and try and laugh it off. He knew Mahoney deserved a hiding, but he couldn't be the one to give it to him no matter how badly he wanted to.
Makes it much easier to read, particularly if it's a lengthy post.I particularly like the big gaps between each sentence. Is that for effect or bcoz it’s easier read? Is @TSP doing that for his fellow blind Tigers?
Post away T.
Don’t forget people, you’re here by choice and for different opinions, (as in not the same).
If I don’t wanna read something, I move to the next post. My choice.
Enjoy your day.
As @Buttface said, if you don't like his posts, don't read em, or put him on block. It’s not criticism though ! I just said can we move on from the “sack Benji and the coaching staff because it’s a boys club topic “ . It’s literally the same conversation over and over .
It’s the new “Luke brooks is shit “ topic . That’s all I said . Where’s the criticism ? Where’s the personal attack ?
There were rumours floating around about this about 2 months ago when it came out that Will Craig was most likely headed to Penrith.Have we signed Harrison Hassett?
Yes, that’s the way the game is going. What type of middle do you think we need ? For me I think a workhorse , with strong leg drive , a quick play the ball , and a motor to cover for other tiring middles is the absolute ultimate . I know this person is wishful thinking , but Cam Murray at 13 , or Radley , even Max Plath or Cotter . That type of middle .
I don’t think we need the middle to make that initial hit up , with the backs hopefully getting through the advantage line more often . We need the guy after that , the one who gets to his belly and is up and about , causing the defence to constantly retreat .
Yeah I don’t like the flattering way they talk about him.Fitler just buttering him up to get him to the Roosters
Really good point Chad. When we discuss the players to move on, nearly every conversation leads to Brent Naden.

Or let him know he’s being repetitive , derivative , and it’s causing never ending conflict about nothing .As @Buttface said, if you don't like his posts, don't read em, or put him on block.
Really good point Chad.
I’m on the fence with Naden, has obvious talent but also has brain snaps that cost us. Personally I feel his snaps occured when he was out of his comfort zone a bit. His a big guy but I don’t see him as overly physical and might be why he shoulder charges in contact.
Whilst I don’t see him as a first choice player due to consistency he still exists as an X-factor and with consistency part of his development can become an important piece of our puzzle this season.
Probably salary is one of the corncerns though I doubt he is pushing anything more then high 3’s. in fact I expect all of our ‘undesirable back liners’ wouldn’t be on the cap for anything greater then 400k.
