I’d say it’s more a mental thing with May.
Not diagnosing him in anyway but his approach to football is almost like someone with BiPolar either that or he has a case of inferiority complex.
I read an article all about how his dad pushed them (all three boys) since a young age to be professional footballers. It’s a tough read really. But he still feels he owes it to his dad to achieve greatness in the game.
Quoted in the articles was his other two brothers saying he is the most talented of the bunch.

Joel Clinton, big ugly prop, played for The Riff back in their 2003 GF win. I go up stairs to play the plastic horses and here he is with a few glamours hanging off him. Back then I was cut like a He-man toy and losing out to a big marshmallow, but the girls out that way liked their footy players.
Good luck to him I hope he got one of em while he was playing.

Fractured my vertebrae snowboarding and cut the tendons in my hand with in a year of each other, and couldn’t continue the same routine. Then I got sick a couple of years ago and it stripped me back to 63ish Kgs. Fat and muscle gooone. Working my way back now, but He-man is not the goal anymore, just healthy and happy. 😎

Fa'alogo is a freak. But he is young and very incomplete. Bula is a great footballer, but is a little less young and a little less incomplete.
Su'a is not 'far superior' to Jahream.
Not for now, at least.

Jahream has had to learn fullback at a high level in a team that has had zero attacking weapons in the backline bar him, consistently loses the field position battle and leaks tries and linebreaks from everywhere. Fa'alogo is a weapon, but he would have struggled in our side.
Its a big year for Jahream. Turuva will put some pressure on him. I'm expecting some moderate improvement, particularly in attack. His ceiling is so high. He can be a great fullback. I also think he could be an elite centre.

What about Taumata, Romelo, Scott, Tandy? Look up B Smith's record before going to the Storm. Storm have recruited their share or grubs.
I think next season Api will have a massive year.
