If we end up having to upgrade 3 contracts from within the club to fill the top 30 squad before June 30 it will be a huge mark against Richo and Benji. Need at minimim 1 external signing. Decisions like the Klemmer, Bateman and Miller ones will really come under the spotlight

Richo will at the very least be working overtime to bring in a decent external recruit before June 30 not only for their immediate impact but also for club optics. Hopefully both Taylan May & KPP.

And at least 1 will be an internal promotion to highlight how we progress players from development deals or T&Ts.

I'm not sure, sounded like he was referring to the men's team, just need the dust to settle from Galvin before he would make men's teams announcements, I'm just assuming though. He could announce it whenever he wanted, I just think announcements will be made after the Galvin situation is sorted.
