Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I really think Richo should now tell Bula , after the season has finished, that he is free to go elsewhere immediately. It's 1.01 that another Galvin situation is incoming if he doesn't.
This fiasco has blown up the season, we don't need it to happen again. Bula isn't that good that we should risk it.
I believe we are lining up an extension for Bula this season.

Richo, like the Galvin thing, is bringing everything to a head. I actually agree with that. You can't be half pregnant as the saying goes. You are either with us or you want to leave...there's no tire kicking at other clubs to drive up the price or string us along for 2 years.

Good some more coming on board with removing Moses from our club this is the time to find out if Bula is all in nice and early, plenty of time to find a replacement or plan through some promising juniors as mentioned in another thread.

I'm also wondering how Bula sympathisers reconcile in their minds that he has sat back and watched his own manager destroy the season without trying to terminate his association with Moses.
The answer to any clear thinking person is that he holds no allegiance to the club and is all in with Moses.
He'll be leaving anyway, so Richo should get ahead of the game.
In reality he's probably the15th best fullback in the comp. He's very replaceable and his Moses baggage is way too big a burden.
Or simply he has a contract in place and Moses is his manager (or at least gets paid as his manager) until that deal finishes.

If he wants to drop him as a manager there isn’t any point until it’s time to negotiate the contract anyway. Otherwise he has to pay his new manager to manage him as well as pay Moses his fee for the contract he is completing now.

All due respect to the kid, surely this isn’t one of the big announcements Richo was pontificating is it? And the NRLW signings? 🤔
Man, I F hope not you couldn't label that as being exciting, if it is this forum will go into meltdown, wouldn't be surprised if some start calling for Richo's head in disappointment lol the wild swings that happen on here.

That's the second Isaac Moses client to extend this year.

Its clear the issue was the Galvins all along.
Wouldn’t count on it. Isaac’s happy to use the club to get his client an NRL start, and as soon as they are established, regular first graders he shops them to other clubs. We are merely the host organism for his parasitic offspring. His larvae feed on our club until there is nothing left to be gained and once they grow wings they fly off, leaving a stinking corpse behind. For Moses, Wests Tigers is nothing more than an organ donor.

Well it's only the club taking up its option for 2026. At least we're not extending too long for an unproven talent. If he kills it over the next 6 months, then we can extend for longer hopefully.
Good in the fact we are slowly starting to see good improvement in a young emerging back rower with good size and mobility, but the negativity in me says we will again be played by Isaac Moses who would be hoping young Sukkar gets more NRL opportunities while playing with us than he would elsewhere, but will likely be quick to move him if he starts playing well on a regular basis at NRL level.
