Wasn't that long ago that the chooks were happy for Terrell to leave. Not at the same level, sure, though everything is relative dollar wise and Tupou should at least be considered.

He said he was "required" to go when he did.

Thats unlikely.

Hes got non training periods to attend if he wants to and im sure the cops could have booked him in later.

If hes helping them, they would like to help him.

I think he's a fat cnt that needed to lose weight and probably was a poor trainer who needed an attitude adjustment, but I think it's a bit rough to make judgement in such a sensitive issue.

The tigers probably just used this as an excuse to cut him and create roster spots and salary cap space... Whether it was fair or not I'm not privy tO

But he's a kid who obviously had some family issues and I think that we need to factor in theres emotion involved and if the cops asked him to go to the station, that is technically them requiring him to go..he's a footy player not a fkn expert in law

He tells the club he was required to make a statement during the training.

And probably unfair to invoke and use the cops like this as an excuse.

So I understand @TSP if someone was to walk into your house and belt a family member of yours across the face.. The cops arrive... Then ask you to come down to the station to make a statement... Youd leave for work instead.

I reckon he would have done anything to get out of training based on the couple of times I saw him play - was gassed after one hit up. Can't remember a player who looked so out of place in FG.
