This basically says to him I don’t trust you will perform, I can’t risk you even for 15 minutes.. we were never going to be comfortable in front that he would be happy to give Api a spell, so what was his plan?..

When we were giving API a rest and giving Talyn decent game time we were winning a lot more games than we have when playing API for the full 80mins, true or false ?
When Talyn was getting decent game time, he was coming on the field and making a positive influence, true or false ?
So if something was working, then you change it and it’s not working, would you not think maybe I should go back to what was working ?

Yes, there were different options available once it became apparent we were struggling to score near the end.

In the broad, a busy TDS would have added more threat as they weren’t near their best.
 
Watching both these sides also being spoon contenders, I can say comfortably we are worse than both. We play titans twice and I think we lose both times. Funnily enough it is probably our only 'winnable' game for the rest of the year. No dragons, eels, knights, to play anymore. Four wooden spoons lock it in under Benji.

How is the young prop from Canberra we pick up going? I read somewhere he's close to a first grade start do you have an option on him ?

For what it’s worth my failing football instinct thinks the titans will struggle and then come home with a wet sail.

There’s my longi out there so. The poor persons Herby, the guy is a freak.

raiders are a much larger team they would’ve rolled tallyn , i imagine that’s why benji didn’t play him

Titans can beat anyone on their day because of their unpredictable attack. They can score points whenever they want. We have had plenty of scoreless halves this year

The sooner we get rid of him the better. At minimum wage as a stop gap centre who can supposedly kick goals, he is tolerable. But he cost us last week for sure, this week wasn’t much better and I’m not including all the missed goals yet. If he was NRL standard he would have won us both those games, or at least one of em.
So after two shite games he wants more money plus one of either JL or Latu’s spot. Sounds like his “Me First” attitude hasn’t changed since he demanded to play reggies 5/8.

I don't question his commitment. He probably sees the writing on the wall and will go to market and leave. Doing us a favour not hanging around and is probably more valuable to another team, so best wishes and thanks from me. I don't see how he fits into our 2026 squad except on minimum wage as a back up and he would be worth more elsewhere.
