The guy is implying there was a split based on a racial ( origin) basis … ( something he “heard” ) ..is that part true ? This would have been a much bigger scandal at the time if true I suggest..

There was an accusation of favourites and Fifita didn't feel he was one of them. Everyone could see his talent but for some reason he didn't feature in Sheens long-term plans.
Not one of his better decisions.

AD can be a starter with us at 13. That's the point. We have offered him a deal. He hasn't accepted and is going to market. He isn't jumping at a 14 bench spot or a rotation with Schnider and Cole. Talk about Penrith all you like but it's not their choice. It's Adams and Penrith are not going to pay his asking price for a bit part 14.

We can all play fantasy football, but we need to live in reality sometimes.

So the point is he has been offered a contract doesn’t want it wants to go to market but your convinced he is happy to stay and play 13 because that spot is his if he wants it.
He stays if he wants to and we make it worthwhile for him.
It’s as simple as that.
If not he won’t be short of suitors.

I reckon AD has a number in his head that closely resembles the contract he was on when he was starting for us. He took less, much less whilst going through rehab and we’ve given him a chance to bounce back. I’d say he is back to his earlier self and has even improved on in toughness areas etc. as I said anything less than 400k is an insult to him given how much we are using him on the field.
What did we sign him on originally for, was it about $600k a season?

Suitors yes, but you were talking about Penrith specifically. I just don't see where he fits there, but you insist he will leave us to play with Penrith for less money and less game time. St George are the ones that have the cheque book open.

Our pre-season next year will be severely hampered for our spine players. Bula, Fainu, Romey & Api will all feature in the international games at the end of the year. Those guys will then have a mandatory 8 week break at the completion of the tournament. If it’s the same dates as last year we may not see those guys until late January. The players can choose to come back earlier than the 8 weeks however.

Non will be travelling to England at least this time. The internationals are local to the Oceania region.

Yes, we always get compensation, unfortunately there will be the usual non disclosure clauses so I guess we will never actually find out how much but I would imagine it would be substantial.

On a racial basis with Fifita?You said if was based on ‘the players “origin’ )…. You are also now comparing two different things ..when Fifita was here 15 years ago and now…what’s the connection? I also think you are seeing what you want to see… Galvin and Tallyn maybe ..2 young guys hanging out… the other two hanging with the kids …nah not buying that

Pearce-Paul hit hard in a few tackles against the Warriors. I thought he played well and is strong in defence as well as looking to unload. Unfortunately, the Knights don't take advantage of his ability to promote the ball.

Stats wise he is well up there for most tackles made this season.

I thought he was on either 600 or 650 if you can believe the rumours.
