They almost always beat us. At least it feels that way.they’ve always had the better roster to ours but haven’t really improved.

Whatever it takes to keep a good career on track, should be the track taken.I agree but I think there is a misconception that the storm keep their players out of trouble. It is more the anonymity that comes with being a rugby league player in Melbourne that keeps them out of trouble.
So I wonder how much testing are the NRL are doing , and I also wonder if they like the AFL swept positive tests under the carpetNothing surprises me , i know of ppl using coke on a regular basis that go into schools to tell the kids of the dangers of taking drugs
If they did testing after mad Monday, id bet my bottom dollar that the positive test results would be well into the double digits. So I wonder how much testing are the NRL are doing , and I also wonder if they like the AFL swept positive tests under the carpet
Plenty of players would be shittin themselves atm.So I wonder how much testing are the NRL are doing , and I also wonder if they like the AFL swept positive tests under the carpet
We just signed the best centre we have in a decade. We don’t wanna go backwards and sign a plodder like Smith.I just read both Reimis Smith & Bayley Sironen are off-contract at Catalans. Reimis was mentioned yesterday as a good depth outside back target (instead of Naden) but what about Sironen as a utility? I recall some NRL matches, I think at the Wahs, when he filled in at hooker quite admirably. Any regular ESL watchers think Sironen could have a future back in the NRL?
We need a depth right-sided outside back for next season, not first 13.We just signed the best centre we have in a decade. We don’t wanna go backwards and sign a plodder like Smith.
Did we sign May JnrWe just signed the best centre we have in a decade. We don’t wanna go backwards and sign a plodder like Smith.
100% Tom, I'd give 1000-1 odds to anyone, that uncle Nicks zero tolerance for drugs would get instantly thrown out the window if it was Sam Walker who was caught red handed.Yeah ..we’ll see ..I’ll bet Radley is still in the opposition line up next time we play the Roosters…
If Nick thinks none of his players are ever on the Blow he must be joking … “just don’t get caught”..
Penrith now $6Panthers v Dogs thurs night Panthers originally favourites with Dogs outsiders at $2.30.
Then word gets out penrith will rest Cleary and several others as they cant make the top 4...not before a huge plunge on the Dogs which now sees them $1.36 and Panthers $3+
NRL integrity 🙄 unit investigating
Lol...dogs playing a reserve grade team heading into the semis....fkn awesome...Penrith now $6
No margin betting until teams named
Reports maybe 16 players rested
Dogs wouldve been around $4 for 13+ earlier...missed out bugger it
Imo I think it's one of those things the N.R.L has to pretend to be tough on, but deep down know if they were they prob wouldn't be able to fill the teams to play with the amount of guys now using one form of drug or another. Funny how times change though eh? Remember Kevin McGuire's getting a 2 year ban for extacy and Craig Field copping a multiple year ban for cocaine in 2002.So I wonder how much testing are the NRL are doing , and I also wonder if they like the AFL swept positive tests under the carpet
They’ve gifted the Dogs a top 4 finish, Broncos and Sharks would be filthy.Lol...dogs playing a reserve grade team heading into the semis....fkn awesome...

Tactical Masterclass from Cleary. Put a reserve grade team out so Bulldogs win and don’t feel the need to bench Galvin so they can beat them in the finals with Galvin still running the show.Lol...dogs playing a reserve grade team heading into the semis....fkn awesome...

I was thinking the same thing regarding Mavrik.I have never seen a club rest their whole first grade team. I don't think this will go down well with the NRL hierarchy.
At Least we get a good look at Mavrik Geyer as a starter.
The domino effect is huge. If they had gone in full strength and won, last round would have been a cracker. There something fundamentally wrong with allowing a team to rest that many players when the results of each game effect more than them.
penrith’s always played by their own rules. i guess when you win 4 premierships you kinda canThere something fundamentally wrong with allowing a team to rest that many players when the results of each game effect more than them.
