Balmain terrace or Bondi beach house? No wonder he has forgotten how to tackle...Wouldn't be surprised if KPP's head is in the Sydney real estate websites now guys, can you blame him, time is almost here to move to greener pastures.
Do you think he could play 13 ?Depressed is not the term I would use …its more tamping down on the expectations for KPP…Sione has been playing great on the edge the last couple of weeks , and we know Sam F is the best edge we have….so KPP could be an option for the bench Round 1… if that was to happen, it wouldn’t be the end of the world Chadster …
KKP missed a few tackles on the weekend but his overall defensive stats are very good for a 2nd rower. He reminds me a bit of Samuela in defense, really puts in the effort to shut down attacking raids and gets involved in tackles that most other 2RFs would avoid, often coming in from the side and missing a few. I've been watching him closely over the past few weeks, and I don't see any issues with his defence. He does need to assert himself more in attack, but that being said, it's almost criminal how one-sided the Knights' attack is—90% of the time it goes left and only shifts right when the defensive line is set and dominating, never when they're on the front foot in attack and the defence is back pedalling.
Yeah I wouldn't be judging him too harshly on the weekend. His defence has been really solid this year. Pretty disappointing on the attacking output side of things but hopefully Benji has a plan to unlock that side of his game.KKP missed a few tackles on the weekend but his overall defensive stats are very good for a 2nd rower.

Alex Seyfarth has a 93% tackle efficiency rate . Averages 66 running metres
I don’t know where the gold is, or how Mr Ed can talk, but football is not rocket science and sometimes I’m left wondering what Benji is thinking with who and how he manages his bench? With that bench, God would have had trouble!
How Mason got on the bench is as big a mystery as Lasseter's Gold
Maybe it's just me?

All we need is a mobile enough and fit enough backrower that can start in and move out. Oppositions halves have far too much time against us. Admittedly I haven’t watched him much lately but in times I have I feel defensively he moves well laterally and keeps his fitness, which is extremely important for our right edge. You would of noticed Raiders took full advantage of us playing a prop at backrow this past Saturday. Before we all start depressed prior to KPP even arriving- what we need is for him to be a better option than Bird or Seyfarth have been.
I think he starts way above that line already. So unless he regresses, he's an upgrade to the starting squad, and therefore the depth is stronger.
Adding in Geyer & Roberts as well starts to fill out the role required.
From what I've seen, he's not a superstar, but he's tall, athletic & tackles. He should be an advantage on kick contests & can offload. Just so long as he can run a good line off Latu or Luai or Doueihi- it's all a step in the right direction.
Errr kinda just hoping for no injuries tbhanyone else hella excited for the pac championships this year? get to see our Samoan boys go at it against presumably our latu & katoa in the halves.
That really high;ites how mis-leading stats can be...hes better that Crichton Kikau & Liam Martin...weve hit the jackpotKKP missed a few tackles on the weekend but his overall defensive stats are very good for a 2nd rower.

Why would we want another 1/2 or 5/8 unless luai , is leaving end of next yearFake news?
Apparently us and Cowboys in the race for Sandon Smith according to whatever source this is, I don’t believe it.

He is a bit like getting caught in a spider web, all arms and legs and wraps rather than hits.....I would prefer he hits harder, however he does consistently wrap the player and ball up on his own without 3 others needing to come in.Yeah but it's the ferocity of the tackles, he's like a powder puff compared to those guys, needs to get some mongrel into his game. Even good old Alex hits harder then him.
Sandon Smith is a little bit of a naughty boy. Good player but very risky.Thats what I read,,,,
But Smith is gr8!Someone is gonna get a good one
Problem is,we already have considerable investment in halves, and it wld burn Latu and potentially destabilise his brothers..unless we re invent him as a 13
Absolutely. My in laws (Tongan) have family coming over from Hawaii to watch the game in Brisbane. I will have to cheer our Samoan contingent on the inside to save me from copping backlash from my wife. Should be an amazing tournament.anyone else hella excited for the pac championships this year? get to see our Samoan boys go at it against presumably our latu & katoa in the halves.
He hasn't forgotten. He tackled great yesterday. Can offload as well. Don't listen to the doomsdayers on here.Balmain terrace or Bondi beach house? No wonder he has forgotten how to tackle...
That's what some guys on here aren't getting mate KPP is very tall dude he has to watch his tackling, he can't charge in like a bull he would hit too many players head high and become a liability for penalties our yikes sin bins.He is a bit like getting caught in a spider web, all arms and legs and wraps rather than hits.....I would prefer he hits harder, however he does consistently wrap the player and ball up on his own without 3 others needing to come in.
Maybe they are looking to permanently move doueihi or latu to lockWhy would we want another 1/2 or 5/8 unless luai , is leaving end of next year
