Some handle it, most don’t.

The NRL is littered with thousands that didn't make it other the years, the ones that find out early it's just a dream and the others who find out later that there not quite good enough.

I don't understand this. He is playing for a club instead of playing NSW cup? Although he's old for NRL standards, he's not that far off playing first grade IMO. Does this mean he's given up?

More like he’s was told your no longer required.

Odessa do you see any positives in playing rnd1 globally ,all seems a bit pie in the sky ,
Clubs are getting 4 mill over 4yrs to compensate PNG joining , lol ,
Money should be spent on grass roots
communities that love the game , and chook raffles, rock da house

Had a fair game wingers look to be trending younger now, makes sense when there quickest, exceptions to the rule Roosters Tupou still going strong.

With respect to those guys, the world wasn’t very interested in 2 of them and the third was offered such ridiculous overs that no one else had a chance.
His poor record extends to keeping guys with itchy feet. Stef, Lachy, Tallyn the main ones. Bula fits their category more than the ones he has had success signing.

For the money they wanted Stef, Lachy and Galvin are no great loss. Did the right thing.

He is 29 with a family- Id imagine NSW cup money and Sydney prices doesent pay the bills anymore. He gave it one last crack and played NRL last year and probably time to grow up and get a real job. Respect

Richo tried to keep them and lost. That is the worry with the current Bula negotiations. It’s got nothing to do with anything other than that.

It’s ok to lose people who don’t want to be here…Its obvious Riches negotiation tactics weed them out.
