Yeah I mean... it's such a random comment. Who said he was good? Where is this report card? How does one do well at Greyhound Racing NSW in a way that translates or is relevant in RL. By all reports Mestrov was a train wreck at Manly professionally and personally so I am just baffled.

You sound like you have already made your mind up that you want Richo to stay even if the PVL review finds he has done something wrong. Wouldn’t it be better to wait for the outcome of the PVL review before forming that opinion ?

PVL is not reviewing Richo FFS. Hes reviewing hbg as being an unsalvageable incompetent mess that the NRL needs to dispose of. No one gives a crap whatever nonsense some moron came up with to try and make Richo look bad.
Literally everything Wests Ashfield says is a lie.

Call them Wests Ashfield. It's who they are. They only ever used the names of club legends to make it harder for fans to hate them.

The club won't exist much longer if Wests Ashfield insist on brain-dead morons running the club and getting rid of intelligent people.

PVL transitioned over from turf racing and is doing ok ,still holds the job there from all accounts.
Personally don't want Mestrov here

It’s reportedly a HBG decision. We don’t know how true it is but nothing would baffle me.

Some people seem to think that he's a complete dribbler so I guess he would be fairly familiar with bibs.

HBG were pretty quick lining up Mestrov, the time line seems a touch suspicious.

Club Statement: Tony Mestrov​

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Chief Executive Officer Tony Mestrov has today informed the Club of his resignation ahead of his next career announcement.

Board Chairman Scott Penn said Mestrov has agreed to stay in his current role until the end of the year as part of a transition process. By agreement, Mestrov’s last day will be December 19.
