I would suggest we probablyaren’t getting anyone externally…Richo said as much apparently when he was still here … inexpect three upgrades from inside the club… Bunty is still on a train and trial and he is our starting prop… probably deserves an upgrade right?

Bunty has already been promoted to top 30 hasn’t he ?

Would Liam Knight just released from Hull to return to Australia for compassionate reasons be a decent depth signing for 12 months ?
I know we now look to have decent depth in our middles, but I think his experience and playing style would come in very handy to assist our young emerging forwards in NSW Cup and he would not be without a chance of playing some NRL for us if his form was good enough.
He’s a big body who is very fit for a man of his size and has very good hands and ball playing ability.
I think he would fit in very well as a forward leader for our NSW Cup team alongside the likes of Tony Sukkar who I can see moving to the middle on a more permanent basis, the ever improving Lachlan Broederlow, Kit Laulilli and Vaka Aho.
This would allow the likes of Christian Taupau-Moors and Archie Duncombe to continue their development playing Jersey Flegg and really earning a NSW Cup call up if they are playing well enough.
I think Archie Duncombe is similar in playing style to Liam Knight and I think he is a player who has flown under the radar a bit in regards to his potential, so I think it would be beneficial having a tough, experienced player in Knight to mentor players like he and Christian Taupau-Moors in particular.

I think he signs with either Souths, Roosters, Dragons, Newcastle or Gold Coast who all look to be lacking middle forward depth.

Knew he had good hands and size when I heard who he was saying

Always thought Knight had really poor hands and in recent years has been stopping at the defence when he runs the ball.

Nofa's now with the York Knights, who look like they'll probably make the 8 this year.

If you consider Nofa's age, 32, and compare him against similar veterans - Cody, Ben, Daly or Adam, he should still be playing in the NRL

He's our leading try scorer and the first to reach 100 tries in record time, a 2020 Dally M winger of the year, a junior that played through the grades and he played almost 200 games for us.

He’s the worse defender on the edge I think I’ve ever seen . If you watched that game , he let in 2 tries . He did with bad reads . There is no way at all he’s nrl standard anymore

Probably the cheapest spine in the comp and id guess Murray the only forward on more than 700k.

Yeah I've heard ppl talking about them as premiership contenders when haas arrives, but theres no way they do it with what's in the halves at the moment. Not even top 4

yep my thoughts also, some article doing the rounds on how the juniors could replace their aging roster ,but no names were thrown towards fullback
