If he was moved into right centre and him alone was having a big hand in winning us games all of the negative stuff would be forgotten very quickly.

Plus, everyone at the club would know it was just a short contract, who would it inconvenience Toa always clutching a shoulder/Herbert, not as if we have any standout junior screaming out to play on the right.

Anyhow like I said originally, it's just fantasy hypotheticals, it will never happen.
 
As a long standing Tigers supporter and having watched my team not perform, year after year, I don't agree with some on this forum, this does not mean that I don't respect their position in regard to Lomax.
He would transform this current Tigers side into a top 8 competitive team, maybe even top 4. He possesses all the attributes to improve our team, strong carry, goal kicks, and great with the high ball, not to mention a strong finisher. So, if Benji is reading this I beg him to do what ever he can and get Lomax to the Tigers, even for 2 seasons. Sick and tired of being picky about the players we choose, if he was good enough for the Storm, why should he NOT be a good fit for us.
Make it happen Benji! Having him for 2 seasons is great, and who knows , he might even want to stay longer, Also if we move up the ladder, who knows, other hi profile players might want to come to the Tigers, Just saying.

You saw how Galvin up ended our momentum and chemistry. Why would we want a repeat?

!00% if he can make our team alot better for the next 2 yrs why are so many people against it then spend the whole year complaining Star isnt up to standard. Hed b cose to our best player like or not I dont think it will happen as i dont think we have or would be willing to give them what they are wanting to release him.

Luai back at 5/8 is a huge positive, but I’m not really concerned which one of our main 4 halves are in the team as I have extreme confidence in all 4 of them, possibly 5 if we include the emerging Javon Andrews.

Agreed. Andrews was the one who most impressed me of the yet-to-play-NRL juniors. Just seemed in control of his abilities with some really nice touches.

Just out of curiosity what gives you so much confidence in our current no7 position that you would not consider MM .lol Come on man. Lets keep it real, Yes Adam has the possibility of having a good year and i like every other supporter will be cheering AD all the way but it wasnt long ago people didnt want him near the side, Madden not a quality 7 in any way and the rest arent ready including Latu who has enormous potential but has a long way to go.

Hmm yes. Give him a 4 year contract! That will sort out everything.
 
Six again rule, especially in the first month is a game killer. At the speed the game is played in hot humid conditions it’s near impossible to defend multiple sets. It would appear the brain trust at HQ has decided to put their foot down on anything that resembles slowing the ruck down.

It will be interesting if come September they are still blowing six agains every second set. I get the feeling this will all go out the window due to the media and fan bases total displeasure in watching blow outs

Raiders are showing tonight that this isn’t necessarily the case if you have a strong will.
The weak sides get flogged, the tough sides battle it out and await their chances.
