Is his wife staying NZ or did she just went over to be with family, to have the baby .
Johannesburg is one of the most dangerous cities in the world , and is home to the lions . SA has a multi million dollar rugby comp , and isn’t exactly a safe place , with most if not all players living in gated communities surrounded by security and armed guards . Bullet proof vehicles also isn’t out of the question. Qatar and Saudi Arabia house professional football comps with guys like Ronaldo on 100m a year minimum, and they’re not exactly safe either . India is pretty loose as well, plenty of people looking to do some nefarious shit at the expense of some rich Aussie making bank in the IPL.Spoke with someone who recently got back from PNG after spending 13 months working there there had to fly in and out every 3 months because of the visa
They lived in a 5 star hotel compound all locked in if he left the compound he had two security guards with him at all times .
The company he worked for hired a second security company to monitor the first one because the first one took bribes and people got kidnapped
He saw a beheading in Port Moresby during the day he saw people losing limbs in fights and getting mugged losing limbs saw a white guy get sliced open buying the last pack of Weetbix because the local guy wanted them said it was batSh!t Crazy said he could tell me more but unless you see it and live it you won't believe it the vilance can not be put into words
He said when you go outside don't wear Nikes watchers rings necklaces anything in your hair no camera don't take a bag just an ATM card go as basic as you can
And said we should start a pool for the first NRL player or family member to get kidnapped said it will happen just who when and how many
Just crazy he came back lost his wife and suffered PTSD
Jo'burg is largely fine. There are areas you don't go to and many areas it's totally fine to go to. I had no qualms waking around the city in many areas. But yes also some dodgy areas you get told to avoid and if you do you're largely fineJohannesburg is one of the most dangerous cities in the world , and is home to the lions . A guy working in and around the gas lines / mines / oil rigs etc is gonna be much closer to the front line of shenanigans then nrl players who will live like royalty over there.
Theres firms who specialise in this, and shielding people from the day to day . If the nrl wants it to be a success these firms will need to be employed . Which they probably already are .

Cant you just forget about the past ink and focus on the rugby league ahead.. some of you think this is the 21st century and think its possible to update fans in a timely matter via modern technology. Please be more patient and wait for the update via the local paper due to be delivered on Wednesday.Kights played yesterday and.can.confirm injury news...we have 24 hours jump and.still nothing
😂😂😂It's a life style change the reason for the tax free money
But I was listening to 2GB or some radio station on the weekend and they said the mining industry is kicking up a stink over the NRL players not paying tax and they said things could change
If what has been quoted is true about having a dislocation going straight back in it could be anything from 1 week to 8 weeks ....it depends on how much damage was done and how much strength is in the joint ( that came straight from a phsyios mouth )Kights played yesterday and.can.confirm injury news...we have 24 hours jump and.still nothing
Not as bad as I expected. If they can be 50% win loss when those guys get back maybe they’re not cooked. 2 wins helps.Just heard Ponga out for 8 weeks and Dyl Brown 4...we have the knights in 4 weeks.
I know Tinys injury is disappointing but imagine losing jerome.for a month and.bula for 2
Tough luck for Newcastle i loke to see the bottom end have some.success fir a change
I took over a bunch of young fighters many years ago for youth boxing event in Jo burg, and have also been one a few trips to PNG they both have that same unsettling feeling and have seen some crazy things there ,personally i would want to be paid ALOT more money relocating to that type of atmosphere espiecially when you have been brought up living in Oz. Surely they cant be playing under the same cap as the rest of the teamsJo'burg is largely fine. There are areas you don't go to and many areas it's totally fine to go to. With footy player salaries the way they are, your top guys are earning 700k to 1.2 million. It's a life style change the reason for the tax free money

Yes hes a quality player and he and Tiny would be perfect while Mac gets his experience on the wing,Bronson Xerri has requested an immediate release from the Dogs .. still only 25 .. should we have crack .. ??
Ah bullshit . They get a shit tonne of workers from the pacific islands and south east Asia/ expats from the other side of the world who fifo there. They can sook all they want , just greedy mining companies looking to take the piss as usual. Like those manipulative ads I’ve started seeing everywhere .
Also mining isnt a galvanising industry that adds tourism dollars , and can change the perspective of the world re. Port Moresby . It’s a resource depleting capitalist venture designed to suck places dry of all their natural resources then move on . I would love to know how much of the min8ng dollar over there is actually for the local people. Sweet FA I SUSPECT.
More just the pressure from former players on their children.HUH? You do realise he signed with the titans right ? Also ,maka absolutely loves the tigers , like most players do tbh ,which is so weird to say, and his manager is tartak, who has been steering players towards the tigers ever since benji started to show signs he could actually coach .
He is not a Bula situation . Makasini will leave us one day , probably around 25 , hopefully after we’ve won a couple of premierships m and dominate union for a while , make his bank . But that’s not today , and it won’t be tomorrow . Stop with this shit ..
Also by family I’m assuming you’re referencing the Galvin family??
Had a reputation for being awesome , and definitely was a well liked family apparently …. Never any issues at all .. no issues …amazing you know ….

It’ll become our super league, send players there on 1 or 2 year prove itsThey won’t struggle to get players , but because it will be a transit lounge where guys go there for 2 years to make bank , they won’t win anything , because by the time the team has gelled , half of them will move on . In sports like college football , this is ok and expected but mainly because every team in the league is suffering from the same thing most years .
Like how do they get cohesiveness against even us. Most of our squad is going around next year and probably the year after .Thats , core wise , 4-5 years . Which’s so important in modern football. It’s gonna be a real struggle until the team is mostly PNG boys.
I just hope the guys they do get , are big on communication and standards , so the PNG boys can emulate , and ultimately drive themselves .
