Sorry Mr Shines, it wasn't the "Door" that said anything, it was Billy Johnstone in a night match at Belmore Oval. A scrum was set and the alleged comment was made. The Falcon stood up in the scrum and launched into Johnstone. Johnstone as you may remember could really fight and it was on (both were sent off). The Falcon tore his own Jersey off and was greeted on the side line by his Coach, Mr George Piggins (another who could really throw them). The falcon brushed the Coach and proceeded to redecorate the Change Room.

Yeah Benny's incident with Mario was that he bit his own arm then showed the ref and said Mario did it. Great player Benny, the greatest hooker of all time, but a low person

The incident Im referring to is well known between Fenech and Elias and I first heard about it 40 years ago …( and several times since) you are likely referring to a separate incident ( or maybe Johnstone even said similar) …its not like Fenech only had one blue during his career.. he was an absolute lunatic on the field and always punching on when he played at Souths
