Lastly, not similar to Wayne's stint at Newcastle. Wayne actually got Newcastle hitting 7th and playing the Quarter final. What derailed Bennett and the Knights was Alex McKinnon's spine injury.

Bulldogs, it's not even Galvin's fault I think.
The coach has gone "hey running 5/8 who is super fit. Go play Halfback!".
Galvin has issues as a player, which he could sort out at 5/8. He was never a halfback and I have no idea what the Bulldogs are doing.

I don't think its a wild one at all @crazycat

What's Gould and Ciraldo have done really reminds me of what happened to our team around 2011- 2012.

Miserable but brilliant Sheens became too disconnected from the fans and the playing group, pulled the trigger on these bizarre roster decisions that on paper are marginally technically sound, but all its done is rip up the harmony of the dressing room and the trust of the fans.

Same at the Bulldogs. Messed with a happy, tight knit playing group. They'd spent years getting it together. The ruthless changes make all the preseason slogans sound like bullsh1t. The problem isn't resolved until they're coming first again. Players are getting booted when they already had it sussed out. The men in the team can't blow up at the gen Z golden child either. It's what happens when genius coaches lose touch and forget about the connection between the players and the fans.

It's a real mess.

Was out with a few mates that are mad dogs supporters over the weekend, a couple of them are connected with people at the club...Kiraz and Xerri are done with Ciraldo and Gus and could be off to the roosters, Crichton has fallen out of favor with parts of the team and Ciraldo is apparently a harder task master than Madge at his worst. Players feel like they are not getting developed as the focus is more on physicality/wrestle in defense and AOB coming on board has negatively impacted the attack skills coaching. They told me a few interesting stories about incidents of what you could call player abuse....could be ripe for the picking. I wouldn't mind Kiraz at the Tigers.

Was told that Crichton will go to the chiefs if Too goes.
