Taupau-Moors is like that old traditional lumbering front rower - big, strong, can ball play, decent motor but lumbering (slower leg speed) type. Hope the club is patient with him.

The QLD side had forwards as big and bigger than CTM---------with leg speed as well.
Don't understand how he was picked as the run on prop; but hooked after 10 min. or so and didn't return until near the end. And still did nothing? Very unimpressed----disappointed.

But we need to shop around because the "maybe factor" may never eventuate.

Put it this way, after a serious injury at work & age taking its toll on my back which is riddled with arthritis I'm on the DSP and it gets reduced depending on my partners income. If I didn't own my own home I wouldn't have a roof over my head now.

I don't know how anyone could survive on the dole unless they live with their parents or kids, especially if they have children. I can't see why anyone would want to.

Yea, it's tough out there.

Two major unfair things in Australia:
1. Home ownership. If your a pensioner and you own your own home, you can survive. If you rent, your stuffed. It used to be a choice and it should be a choice, but now it's just a hardplace with a mortgage or a harder place.

2. Families vs single living. If your single or your two people living kidless it's easier then trying to raise a family. I know it's tough for everyone, but it is damn tough for some.

He has had a few injuries himself … he is likely on a train and trial … so pretty much zero risk there …

I would think a train and trial is above him. Put him on a ron massey contract.

He shouldn't be training with the NRL squad. Not until he earns it

Only watched Taupau Moors for the first time last night in Under 19 SOO but based on that he is miles from being even remotely near NRL level

He is, and that's ok. He needs the rest of the year dominating in Flegg, then very time In Cup next year and see how he goes against men after a big offseason
