I rate Preston big time. But he only has hole running over Sam. Sam has much better hands, better offloading ability and hits harder. Im choosing Sam over Preston

I was thinking something similar, didn’t wanna get into it is all…
Preston is a media darling (like Jurbo used to be)
I’m not swapping Sam for Preston any day of the week…
Preston has at least a couple years and probably more games over Sam as well - as well as probably playing in a better team.

Last I heard we’re only paying him 200k off next years cap. So frees up a mil.

Keep waiting for Pole to go to the next level. Still young but it’s not happening fast enough.

The club needs that signature badly after a really awful month.

Has plenty of speed, but don’t forget we are not overly keen on fast wingers who score length of the field tries as they are usually not the best defenders.

Preston will be a mainstay of NSW team much before Samuela. At this stage he is turning into the strongest hole runner in the game. The issue we have is we automatically give them preferred choice cause they are wearing our jersey. Sam is a good player but not at jacobs level. Out pf curiosity If he isnt worth 800 how much do we offer Samuela Do u think.

Tallis Duncan is right up there with them, if not better than both.
