Pat Richards has been around the team on and off for a long time, not sure if he's been able to teach anyone too much when it comes to the art of kicking.

I suppose that at the same time you could say that Brett Hodgson hasn't been able to pass on too many full back skills either.

Yeah, I know I'm probably being a bit harsh as usual.

I wish he would teach our guys how to do his torpedo kick offs..

Then they should have told him to do it after he did the same thing last week.

Is it just me, or have others noticed that several tries that we scored, the players going over to score made no effort to put the ball down closer to the posts, in particular, one that stood out was Sol's try, he had so much space and time to put the ball down much closer to the posts, and thereby giving our kicker a much simpler chance of conversion, instead he just ran straight with no intent of making things simpler for the kicker.
You can tell Appi has smarts, when he went over for his try, he intentionally ran several meters towards the posts to put the ball down, even Gus noticed this and made comment. Surely the coaching staff would be all over this as it can mean the difference between winning and losing with those extra two points.

Spencer Leniu is well known tj be a close mate of Jarome Luai, hence the reason he was often liked to potentially joining us before Jarome’s departure.
With Jarome now departing and it not being all that amicable, I’d say the Leniu to Wests Tigers boat has sailed.

Just watching Kenty from yesterday … he has put forward a theory ( totally unsubstantiated..he admits he is speculating because the Roosters “looked flat”) that the Roosters lost because they had overtrained all week in the lead up to the finals …no mention from him on the Tigers efforts …

A fit and healthy Royce Hunt gives us the same impact for half of the price and we should be putting a lot of work into Peter Taateo as his impact is also very good when he’s in the right frame of mind.

You seem to think everyone is overpaid 😂 …One day soon the penny will drop with you that player salaries are going up 30 percent from 2028 with the new TV deal ..I hope it drops anyway ..also suggest Perth and PNG are driving up player prices too…

I like Royce ..but he only plays 15-20 minutes a game though , so if he is on half the money, he only plays half as long ,..

It's just ludicrous, what would he want to come back 1.5mil, we don't have the roosters cap, besides he had the chance before and chose to use us to bump up his salary.
