What’s the latest on Leniu, he’d be my #1 target if he was available

Dont think hes any better than Hunt..in fact,Hunt has more impact denting the line,whilst Lenui has a much better angry face!

You seem to think everyone is overpaid 😂 …One day soon the penny will drop with you that player salaries are going up 30 percent from 2028 with the new TV deal ..I hope it drops anyway ..also suggest Perth and PNG are driving up player prices too…

I like Royce ..but he only plays 15-20 minutes a game though , so if he is on half the money, he only plays half as long ,..

..but hes exactly what we need ..if hes priced fairly

Volkman was our missed opportunity in that transaction
We shld have included him in the conversation
For me..the Roosters game was a great insight into what didnt go so well this year..
Douhi has unquestionably been our best player all year,but has totally killed our backline when playing at 7..we were more fluent without him on Sunday
And a half interested Luai (if that) doesn't add a lot to our attack
Madden and Volkman wld be my first choice halves next year ,with Latu and Andrews as next man up/alternates
Gotta win games..cant wait forever on Latu

Yeah, but he is a 21yo man that has played some hundred odd games under contracts at WT, this year as a top 30 member. Just not acceptable from a teenager player level onwards for mine.

Regardless he is not worth 800k in my opinion
A fit and healthy Royce Hunt gives us the same impact for half of the price and we should be putting a lot of work into Peter Taateo as his impact is also very good when he’s in the right frame of mind.

Problem with Peter Taateo does he want to work hard for it.

No brainer decision based on the point of difference that he provided prior to his pec injury. That said, if there are other options, they should be explored.
