No wayYep - to be honest though, Tedesco will be 34 next year and it wouldn't surprise me if Roosters shift him to centre/wing with Ramsey at fullback to facilitate the transition early

Ok. Let's get rid of them. The pretendersYou're living in the past. Go back and read the thread.
If you want to compare the Mortimer and Hughes families to the Fainu and May families, you're dreaming. They won three premierships.
Since the Fainu and May families have been at our club, we have come -
2024: (Last place / wooden spoon)
2025: 13th
2026: 15th
The fans are relective of the club in accepting mediocrity. The whole mindset of the club needs to change. The whole club. What? The point is winning. That is why we play the game.
I don't understand why so many supporters give our team a 'get out of jail' card after getting flogged every season.
We haven't made the top eight since 2011. We have the longest finals drought of any NRL club.
Wonder why they've invited James Maloney to their legends luncheonThe fans are relective of the club in accepting mediocrity. The whole mindset of the club needs to change. The whole club.
Mate I just saw that email and thought it was an odd one.... unless he is joining the coaching staff?Wonder why they've invited James Maloney to their legends luncheon
Ye has never really excited me as a footballer
Nah just flogged his missus which is the lowest form of man you could be. Got a jail sentence but his lawyer got that sentence suspended. You said a club like the Roosters wouldn’t sign a player like Manase but they did. If they want someone their past won’t matter they will sign them. Was Tetevano out of the game and detained for 6 or 7 years?
We all know how good the Bulldogs have been with the salary cap (and that started with Peter Moore). That’s when they were known as the entertainers.
Warren Ryan changed all of that.
But I also said they wouldn’t sign a player who hadn’t played for 5 or 6 years because they had been in the clink. They definitely wouldn’t be planning to before he was even released.Nah just flogged his missus which is the lowest form of man you could be. Tell us what you really think mate. 🤣Yeah except Manase hasn’t played in seven years and doesnt deserve a redemption arc as the merkin still hasn’t admitted stabbing that bloke. The guy is a filthy jailbird piece of shit and this is a typical braindead Wests Tigers recruitment decision.
John Elias would be good just for the intimidation factor. We should be trying to get Tyrone May as well.
Maybe we can get Rob Lui, John Elias and Craig Field to join the coaching staff whilst we are busy collecting dickheads…
I thought he’d be a good idea for an assistantMate I just saw that email and thought it was an odd one.... unless he is joining the coaching staff?
He is a weapon, one of my favourite non tigers...I hope we're clearing the decks for Kurt Donoghoe in 2028 tbh.
May not be a big name but his skill & toughness as a lock would complement Latu & Javon moving forward imo.
Look at the width it creates the Phins when he comes on to play that role and pushes Katoa & Nikorima that bit wider.
He could make our edges lethal not to mention add more starch in defence.
92 game fringey 😉Ye has never really excited me as a footballer
I said I think a few weeks ago Herbs is a Rooster it will be hard watching him playing for the chooksClearing the decks for Herbie
or one that doesn't have a gun.One who's heading over there to stab someone be my guess...
Not to be a wanker , but that was as obvious as anything . The way the Fainu family talk about the club, captaining it , and benji , with the delay the only obvious answer was the commission for Mario .From someone I know to be reliable... Everyone can take that as they will, if they don't believe it or are skeptical then that is completely fine. Just re-laying the info.
I posted in the Samuela thread that i don't know when it will be announced formally, but just heard that it's all been agreed. It's complicated because his agent is banned at the moment and because they're big/long deals, the specific agent (Tartak) doesn't want to miss out on the commission so the paper work and signature have to happen at specific times. He's been very involved in their careers since they were young, taken care of the Fainus and their family especially during the stuff with Manase, and they want to to take care of him.
Manase will probably be at the club in some capacity in the next year or two. Will probably make his way back through RMC and at some point sign a Cup contract. I know many people will be against that and fair enough, but i personally don't really have an issue with it. Manase did the crime and did the time. Deserves a second chance at life and rehabilitation.
There are others in our game who have done the crime, done no time and even rewarded with rep honours and premierships. Ezra Mam, Matt Lodge etc.

That is interesting...Wonder why they've invited James Maloney to their legends luncheon
