Given what has transpired over the last few years at the Tigers I have been pleasantly surprised by the number of signings that Ivan has secured since his arrival. For a change several of the signings have actually been quality players such as Packer, Reynolds etc.

As of today Western Force is a going concern and all contracts are in force. ARU is meeting on June 21 and it is expected that Western Force will be dissolved and that date that defines when players can legally sign new contracts. There are a number of WF players who have negotiated and agreed to new contracts with other teams but nothing has been signed yet. June 22 is the key date.

ARU Contracts being 'honoured' would moreso mean that if the players sign with other clubs, the ARU would stump up the difference between the existing and new contract… Not so sure how that effect would happen if players switch codes or leave Australia.
