It's interesting to define an average player.
To me, Roberts can put on a dynamic play for a try and then throw the intercept for the other side's winning play at the death. He is hit and miss. You don't really know what you are going to get on the day. I reckon we steer clear of those types if we want consistency in the future.

I live in Newcastle and Knights fans were glad to see the back of him.
Considering their recent record doesn't say much about him.
