On one hand are celebrating getting agendas and backstabbing out of the club, and then people are suggesting one of the chief culprits returns.

I know we have heard whispers that Barba could be coming our way….but do you reckon he will be a game breaker for us,and will we be able to pay him an amount,but get the value out of him if he does line up for us...

According to today's paper St Helens won't let Barba go until his contract expires. That means he's not available until 2020\. I can't imagine we're wasting too much time on Barba at this time unless there's a view we can get him to break his contract.

You're right from a public point of view.
The only thing I know for a fact from "insiders" is that the bridges were long gone from the board's point of view and he wouldn't have survived another season in FG no matter what.

Then again I would of thought Benji had burnt his bridges with the Auckland signing after a Friday Night game …....

The club would bring a fuzzy , feel good story how he never wanted to leave , have him hugging the Latchem stand crying and all would be good with many WT's fans
