Hang on.

Who's said Nofo is on over 400k per year?

I've heard he's on little more than half of that (200-250K)

I think it would be pretty close to 400 k , remember Parra were circling

Also he was in probably career best form when he signed last year Dawg and we'd just been rejected by the Larry , Mo and Curly

Lads, my insiders at the Panthers have told me Mansour has requested $700k, make of it what you will.

That's a bit much for Mansour
I do like the guy as a player but that's a bit much
$450'000 absolute max on because of his experience

Not saying Mansour is worth 750, but the game has changed and wingers are more important. Just ask Parra sans Radradra.

Remember, we splurge now our options will be more limited in the future.
Mansour is a class act. Its good to have a winger who is over the line and can defend.

But if were talking 500+ then we should save our powder for N Cleary or a great forward/second row upgrade.
Our wings are a little slow but not our biggest problem. Halfback followed by fullback would be where I would look.
Saying yes to Mansour may make N Cleary an impossibility. We should resign Thompson who is only on 1 year as well.

There seems to be a lot of talk on here about signing more outside backs. To me it seem we have plenty of depth in this area considering the guys playing reserve grade. I think we might need a specialist fullback, but I still think Tui deserve a good crack…. he could be great.

What i think we are in desperate need of is a couple of quality second rowers who can run a line. Unfortunately I don't think we will score many points while Lawrence (hands like feet) and Rochow are our back rowers. Our best years were with Gareth Ellis and Simon Dwyer. We need a couple of players in the Gillett, Cordner, Crichton, Kafusi, Hess mould.

Not sure where you find them.......

Agreed we have plenty of depth, but an outside back with genuine speed would make a big difference.

We have depth, but limited impact. We need to look for high impact edge players (centres & backrowers), wingers, and fullbacks. Players that can break the line. Marsters has a good offload, but has usually been stopped when he offloads.

We need our quickest player (Thommo) lurking near our best offloader (Esan),

Sign Isaako …......... tough little nut, plays anywhere in back line and a goal kicker.
Great composure and attitude for such a young player.

Add Hayne in there

Do not forget Mr wonderful Norman ….boy that is a lot of egos for one dressing room hope they sign a dummy sponsor.

Theres a lot of talk about our need to sign a centre or fullback. If were serious we need to sign a real game changer with runs on the board. We need somebody who has balls, not afraid to make decisions, not too bright but tough in the face of adversity; Ashley Klein.
