Easily …there are 6 openings at the Weststigers for players interested in playing in the NRL there’s the carrot right there.Lets not underestimate the lure of playing in the big show to getting bashed in the reggies ever week being positive is the key here .

That just means your buying a similar caliber of player to the ones leaving. We need upgrades, not to be disrespectful to our current squad but there are some players in our 1st grade team that should be playing ISP more often than they do 1st grade.

TOMMY TALAU GOES KAPOW

THE son of former Canterbury centre Willie Talau will leave Canterbury at season’s end and join the Wests Tigers. Highly rated half Tommy Talau was picked in the Australian Schoolboys side last month.

We've also signed Logen Dillon from the Bulldogs SG Ball team. He is a fullback who according to repots is very fast and a hard runner. I think he may also be the leading try scorer in SG Ball this year and was chased by a number of big clubs.

Fox sports retorting that Chris McQueen wants to go to the Cowboys on a subsidised deal, I have no objections to letting him go, as long as we don't pay too much.

Braden Burns is an out and out center who has been poorly used in first grade on the wing so far by Souths. Last night was his first game at center and he was one of the Bunnies best. Still unsigned for next year.

I don’t know what these announcements are but the likes of Smoking Gun, the Pom or Jyrsker(?) seem to know that some good things are coming our way.

I’m cool with it. Just knowing that someone seems to know something that I don’t know is good enough. Fingers crossed that the announcements match the suspense.

Keep up the intrigue guys.

Think cows were/are desperate for Holmes. Barba would be a good pick up for them though.
