Isaac Luke for 1-2 years would be ideal with Liddle as an understudy to prepare him for the NRL. Liddle will be a talent for years to come if he can get his body right

I’m hoping that Liddle will fulfil the potential people in the know including the coach believes he has. My only concern is that what if his body doesn’t grow to be what is required for a NRL level hooker.
I remember we were saying the same thing about Liam Fulton when he started playing NRL. He had all the attributes to become a top line player but needed more size to be in the forwards. Don’t get me wrong - I loved him as a player as he always played above his weight but he never became the superstar we thought he could have been.

Liddle has smaller thinner frame than Farah. If Liddle could bulk up some (another 10 kgs say) he would be worth keeping. We can't keep holding on to him for another 2 or 3 years in hoping he's be our number 9\. Go after either Blayke Brailey, or bring Matt Parcell back from the UK as our starting 9\. Chooks won't go after Brailey as they have Victor Radley who is their back up 9.
