Was just watching Denan Kemp's interview of Lomax and apparently he was a massive tigers fan as well, I'd be going after him big time. He's the sort of kid that helps you attract other players, eg. Ponga

Going to become more common in the next few years. "I was a tigers fan" for young players. It's just 14 years ago when they were five we were good. Kids like good teams and in 2005 we weren't to bad. Doesn't mean that they want to play for us now. But in the young players coming thru at the moment we will have a disproportionately high number of tigers fans.

You're right doesn't mean they will play for us, but it gives us a better crack. Taking someone like Lomax and saying you can be the face of this team, the next one to provide a premiership gives us some sort of opportunity. We need some sort of selling point lol

I like the look of Easts Tigers hooker Aaron Booth from the Qld Cup. He is someone we should be looking at as a back up to Liddle. His career has also been delayed with injury but he seems a tough little bugger and is in a good system.
