WESTS TIGERS SCORE BACKLINE SIGNING

The Tigers have signed one of the best outside back prospects in Queensland from the Bulldogs.

Ryan Garner - younger brother of Luke and a member of the Queensland Emerging Origin under-18s squad last year - has been living on the Gold Coast on scholarship with the Doggies.

But he decided to join up with big brother this week and the tall goal-kicking wing/centre will move to Sydney next year.

Garner was a member of the Palm Beach Currumbin team that won the GIO Cup last year

I could see Aloiai doing real well with the Storm. We should probably up our offer a little bit seeing we're short on hard running forwards and can't afford to lose one of the two we do have.
