OK, why don't you have a look at the top 4 ,or even top 8 sides and let me know how many of their back rowers are under 100kgs.

The 2 teams all ready in the prelim have a secondrow almost identical to the one proposed
Canberra - Whitehead 102kg, Bateman 96kg,
Roosters - Cordner 102kg, Aubusson 96kg


Except those clubs have front rowers willing to do dirty hit ups and make metres.

The current Tigers front rower specification is to play 36 minutes for 67 metres gained.

The dirty work is done by outside backs and Lawrence

Twal average metres in 2019: 107 (53 minutes average)
Aloiai: 94 (43 minutes)
Eisenhuth: 94 (52 minutes)
Mikaele: 87 (30 minutes)
Matulino: 80 (37 minutes)
Clark: 62 (32 minutes)

If you're going to make stuff up maybe don't make it quite so immediately disprovable.

but i think he is developing very nicely as a centre, as is mbye.... thomo is developing well into fullback, but i still like his finishing on the wing

How come the signing of Billy Walters hasn't been announced? He's confirmed it himself via Instagram story (Clarkey's NRL Column Q & A) that he'll be here next year.

I think they hold it back out of respect for the Storm whom remain in the Semi's.

Jack Bird won't end up here. After recent history, we can't afford to sign any more players with major injury history. Matt Ballin, Josh Reynolds, Ben Matulino, Russell Packer, Chris McQueen. All of these guys were injured at the time of them signing. I don't know what the hell the club were thinking. I hope they have learned their lesson.

Someone smart will sign him, but the head coach would be looking over his shoulder. Saints should sign him.
