Assuming its Brown as the WTF signing and we do get Mitchell and Tetevano (?), we can make a play for JAC with a 24 hour take it or leave it and then go for Hiroti but we need to be quick. Hiroti on the open market wont last too long and he would be a much cheaper option that JAC.

If we got those 4 that would be our 30 squad unless we do loose McQueen to ESL then another backrow spot opens up.

If we can land Mitchell, Zane and Brown, that will probably be our best year of recruiting ever. Mitchell and Brown will still probably be the best year ever. Fingers crossed.

Get some luck with a working hooker, and we can really push hard into finals.

Hiroti is VERY good. I'm surprised no one's snapped him up yet.

We’re gonna need more than one just one more cos we only have 25 spots. We need 28 or 29 by March. Those 3 would easily make us top 8 contenders.

But this is not the place to have 3+ pages of ramblings about an unrelated topic.

By the way most of us have some firsthand knowledge (either a a child or an adult) about this ..... so don’t kid yourselves you have the market cornered about what’s right and what’s wrong about it.

@Strongee it was posted here about 2 hours ago. Can I suggest that users read over the pages & threads properly.

Not having a go at anyone in particular it just clutters the joint up and gets tedious.

@Strongee - if true, I just hope we havent paid too much in as much as it will hamstring over recruitment- but I have faith in Madge, and a somewhat bruised and battered residual faith in Pascoe as CEO to get get it right.

Fingers crossed- Mitchell, Brown, Tetvano and Hiroti rather than JAC. And also hope that McQueen goes to ESL opening up another slot for a backrower (maybe 2 if GNR4LIFE is correct with his count. If there is a 2nd slot still I'd look to getting Billy Brittain to cover hooker.

@2005magic I like all your suggestions .Tetevano and Hiroti I don’t think will cost that much . And brown if he has a big year could see himself in a blue jersey .

@2005magic Nothing wrong with Walters as hooker. He is a very good tackler with a solid build and some speed. Britain would be a waste.
