I personally want grant to go back to the club that developed him, and gave him a chance to grab an origin jersey with a rival club. I would love for him to stay , sure, but it really is poor form . We have Simpkin and Liddle, 2 very different 9s who could compliment each other perfectly. And both have shown to be keen to build their future here. There’s talent in all 3 , so we are in a position at this club .

So next year, Storm could have the Qld and Aus hooker Cam Smith, NZ hooker Brandon Smith, and NSW hooker Harry Grant.

Sounds 'bout right.

Grant is a Banana bender so will not be playing for the Blues.

I find it amusing that WT supporters get in a rage at the thought of Parra putting pressure on Stefano to break his contract with us, while we are suggesting that we should put pressure on Grant to break his contract with the Storm.

and ? What has that got to do with the deal that was brokered. If it’s deemed in the best interest of both clubs and there’s no ill will, then sure , but if it means we are being dishonourable , ala , Parra Eels style , I can’t see how if you are advocating that , you’re not the worlds biggest hypocrites .

I'm not advocating that. I think Grant should go back to the Storm at the end of the year. This loan was a trailblazing initiative, and if either club end up pinching the player it will probably never happen again.

If by injury you mean suspension then yeah..

I thought he was injured but his timing was out. He's a big man and being suspended means we should sign him. He brings aggression to the party. Carrigan as well. Two really impressive forwards.

We’ve been linked to Kevin Proctor by journalist Peter Badel. Apparently we are interested in him as are a few other clubs including English clubs. He’s 31 years old but has premiership winning experience, personally would pass on him. Hasn’t been doing that well for a while now
